Why hire a designated driver?
Our driver is commercially licensed with over 15 years of experience driving wine country roads. Now you won’t have to ask (or beg) one of your friends to be your designated driver. You get a professional driver, with an impeccable driving record, who knows the area. You don’t have to worry about drinking and driving. You can ride in the comfort of your car.
In most cases, visitors to wine country have a car already, so why hire a limousine? You can save hundreds of dollars and have all that extra money for some fabulous wines or a special dinner at one of the wonderful local restaurants.
Why do you recommend the small family wineries?
After many years of touring and tasting in Napa and Sonoma, the most memorable and special tastings are at the small family wineries. The wines are truly handcrafted and anything that is handcrafted is better than anything that is mass produced.
Wine is liquid art and science in a bottle! It is magical, each wine is unique to the vineyard, the vintage, and the winemaker. Many times when you visit the small wineries, you will actually meet the owners and the winemakers. Have you ever tasted a wine out of a wine barrel, extracted by a wine thief? Would you like to take home an amazing wine, that your friends have never heard of and share it with them? Many of the small family wineries do not distribute their wines at all, so you may never know about those wines unless you go to the winery itself.
